These general terms and conditions govern the order, method and conditions for the provision of insurance services from a distance by the insurance broker "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD, EIC: 204774857, with its registered office and management address in the city of Sofia, district of Mladost district.Mladost 4, Ring Road Street No. 257, Floor 2, registered with certificate number No.762-ЗB/30.06.2021The insurance broker operates through the website www.insurance.bg and the mobile application insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (IOS).
The general conditions regulate all relationships between "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD and the Users of insurance services (also called Clients), arising in connection with the provision of remote insurance mediation services, electronic orders for insurance products through the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application Insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS), as well as the order, manner and conditions by which payments of due insurance premiums will be made through the website www.insurance.bgand/or the Insurance.bg mobile application, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS).
Each User, using the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS) to assign the performance of insurance mediation remotely, declares that he has familiarized himself with these General Terms and Conditions, understands them, accepts them and agrees that the insurance mediation shall be carried out remotely, according to these General Terms and Conditions.

The general conditions regulate all relationships between "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD and the Users of insurance services (also called Clients), arising in connection with the provision of remote insurance mediation services, electronic orders for insurance products through the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application Insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS), as well as the order, manner and conditions by which payments of due insurance premiums will be made through the website www.insurance.bgand/or the Insurance.bg mobile application, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS).
Each User, using the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS) to assign the performance of insurance mediation remotely, declares that he has familiarized himself with these General Terms and Conditions, understands them, accepts them and agrees that the insurance mediation shall be carried out remotely, according to these General Terms and Conditions.

In connection with the requirements of Art.325 of the Insurance Code, the data of the insurance broker are: "Korporex Bulgaria" EOOD, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency with EIC 204774857, with headquarters and management address in the city of Sofia, district of Mladost district.Mladost 4, Ring Road Street No. 257, 2nd floor.
Corporex Bulgaria EOOD is a licensed insurance broker, registered in the public register of insurance brokers under Art.30, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Financial Supervision Act, led by the Financial Supervision Commission, in connection with which certificate No.762-ЗB/30.06.2021Information regarding the registration of the insurance broker can be checked on the website of the Commission for Financial Supervision atwww.fsc.bg, in the menu "Electronic register and card file", register "Insurance brokers".
Supervision and control over the activity of the insurance broker "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD is carried out by the Commission for Financial Supervision with an address in the city of Sofia, street „Budapest“No. 16.
"Korporex Bulgaria" EOOD does not directly or through related persons own more than 10 percent of the votes in the general meeting or of the capital of an insurance company, nor does an insurer or the parent company of an insurer own directly or through related persons shares or shares representing more than 10 percent of the votes in the general meeting of partners or of the capital of "Korporex Bulgaria" EOOD.
"Korporex Bulgaria" EOOD has active contracts for insurance brokerage with the insurers listed in the menu: ABOUT US - partners, on the website www.insurance.bg/partners and the mobile application insurance.bg, available in Google Play (Android) and AppStore (IOS).
If you have complaints about the service provided by Korporex Bulgaria EOOD or for any other reason you wish to file a complaint, please do so in writing to the address of the city of Sofia, district of Mladost zh.k.Mladost 4, 257 Ring Road St., fl. 2, or by e-mail at:hello@insurance.bg, specifying your name, social security number, telephone number and address for feedback and describing your complaint."Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD takes a position on the complaint within 14 days, and when a longer period is needed in order to collect data and information, the request is considered and the insurance broker makes a decision within 1 month from receipt of the request.

As an insurance broker, "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD carries out insurance mediation on behalf of its customers, users of insurance services, and in this regard represents them before insurance companies.
"Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD has no contractual obligation to carry out insurance mediation exclusively for one or more insurers and does not provide its advice according to Art.325a, para.5 of the Insurance Code and may carry out insurance mediation for all insurers that have the right to operate on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, including with the right of establishment and freedom to provide services.
Corporex Bulgaria Ltd. is not obliged to make a recommendation based on a fair analysis regarding the insurance that is most suitable for the user's needs.The customer is obliged to make an informed decision on whether to take out insurance, based on the information published on the website www.insurance.bg or the mobile application insurance.bg.
For the insurance mediation carried out, as a result of which an insurance contract was concluded with "Corporex Bulgaria" Ltd., the nature of the remuneration that "Corporex Bulgaria" Ltd. receives is a commission included in the insurance premium for insurance contracts served with its mediation and is paid by the insurance company.
All insurers with headquarters in the Republic of Bulgaria and insurers from a third country, which have registered a branch under the Commercial Law in the Republic of Bulgaria, offering mandatory "Civil Liability" insurance for motorists and/or mandatory "Accident" insurance for passengers, or insurance under section I of Appendix No. 1, make contributions to the Guarantee Fund in the amount and in the manner determined according to the Insurance Code.Insurers from member states that offer compulsory "Civil Liability" insurance for motorists and/or compulsory "Accident" insurance for passengers in the Republic of Bulgaria, under the conditions of the right of establishment or the freedom to provide services, make contributions to the fund under Art.521, paragraph 1, item 1 of the CC.The user can contact the Guarantee Fund for additional information or assistance at the address Sofia 1000, 2 Graf Ignatiev St., 4th floor, or by phone: +359 2980 30 49;+359 2980 66 72;+359 887232659, as well as on the website:www.guaranteefund.bg, or email: GF@gfund.bg
II.DEFINITIONS
In terms of these general terms and conditions:
- Insurance Broker –"Korporex Bulgaria" EOOD, EIC: 204774857, with headquarters and management address in the city of Sofia, Mladost districtMladost 4, Ring Road Street No. 257, fl. 2, entered in the public register of insurance brokers maintained by the Financial Supervision Commission, according to certificate No. 762-ЗБ/30.06.2021.
- User of insurance services (Client) –a natural or legal person who, through the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application insurance.bg, available in Google Play (Android) and AppStore (IOS), with the name/designation, address, social security number/EIC and other necessary data specified at the time of ordering, declares his desire to place an electronic order, conclude an insurance contract at a distance and/or pay an insurance premium due.A user of insurance services is also a person for whom rights have arisen under an insurance contract, as well as a natural or legal person who is interested in benefiting from the services provided by the Insurance Broker.
- User - a natural person using the remote insurance brokerage service provided by the Broker through the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application Insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS), who acts outside the scope of his commercial or professional activity.
- Insurance policy - the form in which the insurance contract is concluded between the Insurer and the Client /with the mediation of the insurance broker "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD/.
- Electronic ordering –a request has been made for the provision of insurance services via the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application Insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (IOS), where within the request, the Client manually enters his personal and/or third-party data for the needs of the insurance policy.
- Contract for the provision of distance financial services –any contract concluded between a provider and a consumer as part of a system for the provision of financial services at a distance organized by the provider, where from the making of the offer to the conclusion of the contract, the parties use means of communication at a distance –one or more.
- Insurer –the person who is a party to the insurance contract.
- Insured –is the person whose property and/or non-property goods are subject to insurance protection under an insurance contract.
III.PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED
Through the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application Insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS), the User of insurance services has the opportunity to conclude a procurement contract at a distance for insurance products for which the Insurance Broker has allowed such an opportunity or to check the validity of an already concluded insurance policy, as well as to pay a due contribution under an already issued insurance policy, without the need to visit a physical office.
IV.FORM OF STATEMENTS.ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
The insurance broker and the Client agree that in all relations between them, carried out through the website www.insurance.bg or the mobile application insurance.bg, the Client signs electronic statements or documents by marking a "check box" or pressing a virtual button, which is an electronic signature, according to ZEDEUU and has the value of a handwritten signature.
The Insurance Broker and the Client agree that in all relations between them carried out through the www.insurance.bg website or the insurance.bg mobile application, the Insurance Broker signs electronic statements or documents using a Qualified Electronic Signature according to ZEDEUU, which has the value of a handwritten signature.
By marking the "check box" or pressing the corresponding virtual button, the Client entrusts "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD to conclude and sign on behalf of the Client and at his expense an insurance contract under conditions and with an insurance company that the Client has chosen using the website ofwww.insurance.bgor the insurance.bg mobile application. The assignment contract is concluded at the Customer's initiative for each individual electronic order and is terminated with the fulfillment of the Insurance Broker's obligation to deliver to the Customer the insurance policy, receipts, stickers and all documents accompanying the policy by e-mail (e-mail) and payment of the due premium by the Customer.
The broker has the right to refuse the conclusion of the contract in the event that the Client has not provided all the necessary information, as well as when he has not provided a document that, according to the regulations or the conditions of the relevant insurer, is necessary for the conclusion of the assignment contract, resp.the insurance contract.
In the event that the Broker refuses to conclude the assignment contract, he notifies the Client with a message made through the www.insurance.bg website and/or the insurance.bg mobile application, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS), or sent to the e-mail address specified by the Client.
The assignment contract is terminated in the following cases:
- by mutual written agreement of the parties;
- unilaterally by the party in good standing, in case of culpable failure of the other party to fulfill an obligation;
- without the need for an express declaration of will of any of the parties, after the following requirements have been fulfilled cumulatively: fulfillment of the obligation of the Insurance Broker to provide the Client with the insurance policy, receipts, stickers and all documents accompanying the policy by e-mail (electronic mail) and payment of the due premium by the Client;
- in other cases provided for in the General Terms and Conditions and in the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The Client does not owe remuneration to the Insurance Broker under the assignment contract.The broker receives as remuneration a commission included in the insurance premium and paid by the insurance company.
V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSURANCE BROKER
The broker has the right to collect and store technical information that can be used to improve the service provided.The Broker has the right to change the website and the mobile application, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend access to it, without prior notification to the Clients.
The Broker may unilaterally and without prior notification to the Client amend these General Terms and Conditions, as the amended General Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the date of their publication on the website www.insurance.bg or the mobile application.Provided that the Client does not agree with the new version of the GTC, he has the right to terminate the assignment contract with a unilateral notice, which cannot be shorter than three days and longer than one month, during which period the General Terms and Conditions that were in force before the last amendment apply;
The broker has the right to request any necessary information and documents related to the conclusion, operation, execution and termination of the assignment contract or the insurance contract.
The broker is obliged to:
- provide information about the Insurance Broker, the Insurer, the insurance service and the insurance contract in accordance with the requirements of Art.8 of the Law on the Provision of Financial Services at a Distance, as well as in accordance with Art.324-328 of the Insurance Code, including: information about the Insurer;for the insurance product (general or special conditions);the final price including all taxes and fees;any additional costs of carriage, delivery or postage, and where such costs cannot be reasonably estimated in advance, the fact that such additional costs may be payable by the Customer shall be indicated;method of payment and performance of the service;the presence or absence of the Customer's right to withdraw from the remotely concluded insurance contract, as well as the conditions, term and manner of its exercise.The information is provided in the Bulgarian language, in a clear and understandable form, so that the Client is given the opportunity to make an informed decision.
- send the policy and its accompanying documents, together with a receipt for payment to the e-mail address specified by the User (electronic mail), and if the latter has expressly stated that he wishes to receive the documents in paper form - to the address specified by the Customer by courier and at the expense of the User;
- promptly reports to the relevant insurer the policies concluded and the payments received under them;
- to take the necessary care to keep the data, information and information always correct and up-to-date, including: to keep records that the necessary information has been provided to the user of the insurance service, who has familiarized himself with it and accepted it, as well as to keep records of the transactions for the purposes of a successful payment;to document that the user's consent to enter into a distance contract has been obtained;
- to provide assistance, if there is an express request from a Client with an active assignment contract, in settling claims for an insurance event that has occurred.
"Corporex Bulgaria" Ltd. is not responsible for data entered by the Client in error or in bad faith, as well as for damages resulting from the use of third-party personal data in violation of these GTC.
Corporex Bulgaria EOOD is also not responsible for damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as: problems related to access and connection to the website;problems due to the Client's equipment, as well as in case of unregulated access of third parties in the functioning of the information system or servers of "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD.
Corporex Bulgaria Ltd. is not liable for damages in the event that the Insurer refuses to conclude, amend, continue or terminate an insurance contract with the Client without the Broker's culpable failure to fulfill an obligation, as well as for damages if the Insurer amends or terminates or cancels an insurance contract with the Client without the Broker's culpable failure to fulfill an obligation.In these cases, the Client should contact the relevant Insurer.
The insurance broker is under no obligation to make a recommendation based on fair analysis as to the insurance that is best suited to the user's needs.The customer is obliged to make an informed decision on whether to take out insurance, based on the information published on the website www.insurance.bg or the mobile application insurance.bg.
VI.RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER OF INSURANCE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
The customer is obliged to enter correct information about his personal data, as well as correct information in connection with the conclusion/change/termination of insurance contracts in connection with the use of the websitewww.insurance.bgor the insurance.bg mobile application.
The client is obliged to monitor and comply with his obligations under the insurance contract, as well as to pay the insurance premiums under the insurance contract concluded through the Broker.
The customer has no right to conclude an insurance contract on behalf of another, except in cases where he is the insurer and has the express consent of the insured person.
For the period of validity of the insurance contract, the Client has the right at any time to receive an insurance policy, the terms of the contract or other information to the address indicated by him by e-mail or in paper form, when he expressly requests this.The provision of the information is carried out by delivering it on paper by courier, and the amount for the delivery is paid to the courier at prices specified in his tariff and is at the expense of the Customer.
The Client has the right to request additional information about the products offered online through the www.insurance.bg website or the insurance.bg mobile application, and for this purpose the Client directs his inquiries to the specified contact e-mail address or telephone number on the page of the Insurance Broker.
The client has the right to seek the assistance of the Broker in settling claims in the event of an insured event under the concluded insurance contract.
VII.PROCESS OF PROVIDING DISTANCE INSURANCE INTERMEDIARY SERVICES
Before applying for an insurance contract remotely, the Client can familiarize himself with the pre-contractual information about the Insurance Broker, the Insurer and the information documents about the offered insurance products on the website www.insurance.bg or the mobile application insurance.bg.The customer chooses, at his discretion, the specific insurance, as well as the insurer with which to conclude an insurance contract.Sending the electronic order will be considered a confirmation by the Customer that he has familiarized himself with the pre-contractual information, as well as the general and special conditions applicable to the insurance chosen by him, the general and special conditions of the relevant insurer for the entry into force of the contract, as well as the procedure and grounds for terminating the same.
When visiting the websitewww.insurance.bgor the insurance.bg mobile application. The customer selects a type of insurance product and follows the steps for applying for the relevant product by filling in the necessary product parameters and the necessary personal data.
The customer familiarizes himself with and signs the following documents by marking a check box against the text "I agree and accept" (electronic signature):
– Policy for protection of personal data;
–General conditions of the selected insurance product;
–General conditions for the provision of remote insurance mediation services of the insurance broker "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD through the website www.insurance.bg and/or mobile application insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS);
– Award contract;
–Consent to register a bank card and make payments.
By marking a check box or pressing the corresponding virtual button to finalize the order, the Client instructs the Insurance Broker "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD to conclude and sign with a qualified electronic signature or handwritten signature on his behalf and for and at his expense an insurance contract under conditions and with an insurance company that the Client has chosen.By finalizing the order and sending it, the Customer declares that he has familiarized himself with the present general terms and conditions and accepts them in full;that he made an informed decision about the purchase of the relevant insurance product;and that he has familiarized himself with the information under Art. 324-326 of the Insurance Code and accepts it.
The customer agrees that the data he will enter from his bank card will be registered in the system of the servicing bank, including for the execution of periodic payments under the concluded insurance.
After sending the electronic order and paying the insurance premium, the Client receives an electronically signed insurance policy, the accompanying documents depending on the insurance and a receipt for the payment, which are also visualized in the client profile on the www.insurance.bg website or the Insurance.bg mobile application, at the specified e-mail address.
By sending the electronic order, the Customergives his express consentThe insurance broker/Insurer to start performance of the contract before the expiration of the 14-day period in which the Client can exercise his right of refusal, according to the requirements of Art.13, paragraph 1 of the Law on the provision of financial services at a distance.
When choosing an insurance product - "Civil liability", the price of the offered insurance may vary depending on the selected insurance company, the type of vehicle, the term for which the insurance is concluded and the way the vehicle is used for each individual case.The final price is displayed to the Customer after complete and correct filling in of all required data and before final confirmation of purchase of the insurance.The insurance broker promptly updates the insurance prices when the tariffs of the insurance companies change.
In order to take out compulsory motorist liability insurance, the Customer is obliged to attach a copy of the first part of the registration certificate of the motor vehicle, in connection with which the insurance is taken out, at the same time as sending the electronic order.By sending the copy of the document, the Client declares that the same has been removed from the original.
Within three working days of making the payment with a bank card in the name of the insurer under "Civil Liability" insurance concluded through the websitewww.insurance.bgor the mobile application insurance.bg., "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD will send you the signed insurance policy on paper, signed manually by the insurer, respectively the insurance intermediary, accompanied by a sign according to Art.487 of the Criminal Code and certificate „Green Card“according to Art.488 of the CC.In this case, the insurer's signature on the insurance policy is not required.When paying in installments, deliveries of the sticker (piece of a sign) are made after payment of the next installment.The delivery of the documents in paper form is carried out by delivering them by courier, and the amount for the delivery is paid to the courier at the prices specified in his tariff and is at the expense of the Customer.Corporex Bulgaria EOOD does not charge additional fees for issuing the documents. The insurance contract is considered to have been concluded from the moment of receipt by the insurer of the confirmation of the Insurance Broker for the conclusion of the contract at the specified e-mail address.The entry into force of the insurance coverage is expressly agreed with the insurance contract, but it cannot be earlier than 00:00 on the day following the day of conclusion of the contract.
Through the websitewww.insurance.bgor the Insurance.bg mobile application, the Client can pay an installment andinsurance already taken out"Civil Liability" by selecting "Pay Installment" menu and following the steps.Within three working days of making the payment with a bank card in the name of the insurer, Corporex Bulgaria Ltd. sends the Client a paper receipt for the premium paid, together with the accompanying documents.
On the websitewww.insurance.bgor the insurance.bg mobile application, the Customer can check the validity of an already concluded "Civil Liability" insurance by selecting the relevant menu "Check of Liability" and following the steps.The customer will receive the result of the verification of the e-mail address he specified, and the same will be visible on the insurance.bg page immediately after pressing the final virtual button.
VIII.METHODS OF PAYMENT.PERIODIC PAYMENTS
Payment of an insurance premium through www.insurance.bg or the insurance.bg mobile application is carried out using the insurer's bank cards.Payment is made onvirtual POS (VPOS) terminalof Bank DSK AD.All payments are made in Bulgarian leva (BGN).For each successfully completed transaction, the Customer receives a receipt for the completed payment to the e-mail specified by him.The following types of cards are accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and Mastercard.Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
From the point of view of security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 1000. The platform does not store data about the bank cards used for payment through the site.If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.
When purchasing an insurance product for which the Customer chooses deferred (periodic payment) –this payment will be executed by registering the Customer's card in the system of the Bank serving the Broker and by executing subsequent periodic payments with the registered card.The registration of the card in the banking system takes place during the first payment of the Customer by entering the bank card data in a secure environment in the Bank's system.These card data are stored in an encrypted form by the Bank and the Insurance Broker "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD does not have access to them at any time during the payment process.
The Insurance Broker and the Insurer do not charge an additional fee for payment through the www.insurance.bg website and/or the insurance.bg mobile application, as well as for issuing the documents on paper.
By accepting these general conditions, the Customer agrees to have his bank card registered, including for the execution of periodic payments in accordance with the insurance product and type of payments he has chosen.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL AND REFUNDS
Pursuant to Art.12, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Provision of Financial Services at a Distance, User who actsoutside the scope of their commercial or professional activity,has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to withdraw from the insurance contract concluded with "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD in14-day periodfrom its conclusion by sending a written notification to "Korporex Bulgaria" Ltd. at the contact details indicated on the website insurance.bg and the mobile application insurance.bg, namely at the address: Sofia, 257 "Okolovrasten Pat" str., floor 2, and within the same 14-day period the User must notify "Korporex Bulgaria" Ltd. and at the following e-mail address: hello@insurance.bg.
The written notice of withdrawal from the contract should be sent before the expiration of the period within which the right of withdrawal can be exercised and contain a precise indication of the contract from which the User is withdrawing.On the website of the insurance.bg Broker, as well as in the insurance.bg mobile application, the User can find an example ofNotice for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawaldoes not applyfor insurance contracts in connection with travel, luggage or other insurance contracts with a term of less than one month, according to Art.12, paragraph 3, b."h", item 2 of the Law on the provision of financial services at a distance.
When exercising the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded through the websitewww.insurance.bgor the insurance.bg mobile application, within 24 hours of concluding the contract, Corporex Bulgaria Ltd. cancels the issued policy without the user having to pay any fees or expenses, provided that the policy has not come into force.
If the right of refusal is exercised within the statutory 14-day period, the Insurer has the right to deduct, for the period during which the insurance policy was in force, the part of the insurance premium and the tax on the same for the period in which the Insured bore the risk, if no insured event occurred, including the administrative costs of the insurance company.
After the expiration of the 14-day period, in case the Client wants to terminate an insurance contract concluded through "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD, he must contact the insurance company that issued the policy directly.
By sending the electronic order (marking the "check box" and/or pressing the corresponding virtual button), the Client gives his express consent to the Insurance Broker starting execution of the assignment contract before the expiration of the 14-day period in which the User can exercise his right of refusal, according to the requirements of Art.13, paragraph 1 of the Law on the provision of financial services at a distance.The user gives his express consent and the Insurer to start performance of the insurance contract before the expiration of the 14-day period, in accordance with the requirements of Art.13, paragraph 1 of the Law on the provision of financial services at a distance.
The User consents to the Broker recording, storing and using for the purposes of insurance mediation any information, data and documents provided by the User through the insurance.bg website and/or the insurance.bg mobile application, in connection with the conclusion and execution of the assignment contract.The information, data and documents will have evidentiary value to establish the circumstances contained in them.
In order to exercise the right of refusal pursuant to Art.12 of the Law on the Provision of Financial Services at a Distance, the Customer who has taken out Motorist Liability Insurance is obliged to return to the insurer, respectively the insurance broker, the received insurance policy, the certificate „Green Card“and the corresponding segment of a sign, no later than 30 days, counted from sending the notification to the User for exercising his right of refusal.
Refunds in the case of exercising the right to cancel the contract remotely are carried out by the Insurance Broker only through a refund card transaction on the same card account of the user from which the relevant order was made no later than 30 days, counted from the receipt of the notification of the User to exercise his right of cancellation.
COMPLAINTS AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION.GUARANTEE FUND
The customer has the right to submit complaints to "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD.Complaints are sent to the following address: Sofia, Mladost DistrictMladost 4, 257 Ring Road St., fl. 2, or by e-mail at:hello@insurance.bg.Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD undertakes to respond to the complaint within 14 days, and when a longer period is required in order to collect data and information, the request is considered and the insurance broker makes a decision within 1 month of receiving the request. The insurance broker informs the user of insurance services of any such extension within 1 month of receiving the request, stating the reasons for the delay.
The client also has the right to submit complaints regarding the activities of the Insurance Broker to the Financial Supervision Commission at the address: Sofia, p.k.1000, street „Budapest“No. 16, or to the FSC e-mail: delovodstvo@fsc.bg.On the website of the FSC, the Client can find a sample complaint and instructions for completing and submitting it.
Alternative dispute resolution between consumers and merchants is an out-of-court conciliation procedure on a voluntary basis.It is carried out through conciliation commissions.In the event that there is a dispute between the Client and the Broker, which cannot be resolved between the parties, the Client has the right to turn to the Sectoral Conciliation Commission for consideration of disputes in the field of insurance and insurance mediation (SPC), including in the provision of financial services remotely in these sectors, by submitting an application in writing to the Commission for Consumer Protection at the following addresses: Sofia, PO Box 1000, Sofia, PK1000, „Vrabcha“No. 1, floors 3, 4 and 5, on the websitewww.kzp.bg–section „Conciliation Commission“;by fax, mail or at the counter, in the central and territorial subdivisions of the KZP;the electronic platform for online dispute resolution.CPCs resolve disputes after consumers first refer them directly to merchants for resolution.This must be declared by users in the electronic form of the application.
"Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD reserves the right to assess for each specific case whether to participate in proceedings before the SPC initiated by the Client.The written conciliation proposal, possibly prepared by the SPK to resolve the dispute, is not binding, but must be approved by both parties in order to have the force of an agreement between them.
Guarantee fund:
All insurers with headquarters in the Republic of Bulgaria and insurers from a third country, which have registered a branch in the Republic of Bulgaria, offering mandatory "Civil Liability" insurance for motorists and/or mandatory "Accident" insurance for passengers, or insurance under section I of Appendix No. 1, make contributions to the Guarantee Fund in the amount and in the manner determined according to the Insurance Code.
Insurers from Member States of the EU, which offer compulsory "Civil Liability" insurance for motorists and/or compulsory "Accident" insurance for passengers in the Republic of Bulgaria, under the conditions of the right of establishment or the freedom to provide services, make contributions to the fund under Art.521, paragraph 1, item 1 of the CC.
The guarantee fund has the following functions:
- makes payments in favor of the injured persons for damages caused by a motor vehicle that is unidentified or on which the at-fault driver does not have valid compulsory insurance „Civil Liability“of motorists or when there is no compulsory insurance „Accident“of passengers;
- guarantees the claims of the injured persons for the liability related to motor vehicles that are usually located in the Republic of Bulgaria, under the conditions and according to the order of this code in case of bankruptcy of insurers offering compulsory insurance „Civil Liability“of motorists and/or compulsory insurance „Accident“to passengers whose insurers are based in the Republic of Bulgaria or are from a third country through a branch registered in the Republic of Bulgaria;
- guarantees insurance claims under Section I of Annex No. 1 in the event of bankruptcy of insurers with headquarters in the Republic of Bulgaria or from a third country through a branch registered in the Republic of Bulgaria;
- creates and maintains an Information Center that provides information to injured persons in connection with compulsory insurance „Civil Liability“of motorists and compulsory insurance „Accident“of passengers;
- performs the functions provided for in this Code in connection with the bankruptcy of an insurer;
- creates and maintains an electronic information system for assessment, management and control of risk, including for issuing insurance policies under compulsory insurance „Civil Liability“of motorists and compulsory insurance „Accident“of passengers.

Corporex Bulgaria EOOD processes and stores personal data of its customers in accordance with Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the World on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/E0.Detailed information is contained in the Personal Data Protection Policy of "Corporex Bulgaria" EOOD, which is available and published on the website www.insurance.bg and/or the mobile application Insurance.bg, available on Google Play (Android) and AppStore (iOS).
When sending the electronic order for concluding an insurance contract through the website www.insurance.bg or the mobile application, the Client states an e-mail address and a mobile phone number on which he/she will receive messages from the Insurer.In the event of a change in the requested contact details, the Client is obliged to immediately notify the Insurer and to communicate his new e-mail address or telephone number.Otherwise, all messages are sent to the requested e-mail address and mobile number in the electronic order for concluding an insurance contract at a distance via the website www.insurance.bg or the mobile application, and the messages are considered to have been delivered by the Insurer and received with all the legal consequences provided for in the law or the insurance policy.
The relations between the Insurance Broker and the Client are governed by the regulations in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
